  Got my order wrong. The manager tried to make it right, but nope. Wrong again, and was very rude. She handed me my food and shut the window. I didn't even get my cup of water after I told her. I will drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different Arby's. The food is good but if you want your order wrong repeatedly go here.

  I just there a few minutes ago Kind of pissed. There's several signs that says "add roast beef to any sandwich for $1." I ordered the brisket sandwich and asked for extra roast beef on my sandwich. I've done it at lots of other arby's around the country and had no trouble, but was told no. I said the sign says for "any" sandwich" she said then they need to change the sign. Definitely false advertisement. . She wouldn't even go ask a manager. And the curly fries were cold.
